On occasion there may be mistakes in the price or type of product shown. In the event that such error in price, product or service is shown then we reserve the right to cancel that contract and a refund will be offered.

Certain information on the Website is provided by third parties and you acknowledge and agree that neither we nor our suppliers have any control over the accuracy or completeness of such third party information.

From time to time we may amend or update these Website Terms of Use and/or the content of the Website without informing you in advance. By using, and continuing to use, the Website you acknowledge that you accept any such amendments or updates and so we recommend that you review these Website Terms of Use and the content of the Website regularly.

Some of our Services or Products may incur a £50 Callout Fee if you, the claimant, make a claim on your plan. Please call us for more details on XXX XXX XXX.

How to cancel your plan

If you decide that for any reason, this Plan does not meet your needs then please return it to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in writing. If no services or call outs have been made you will receive a full refund.

Thereafter you may cancel the plan at any time by informing us however no refund will be payable, and a £50 administration charge may apply.

We may renew your plan at the end of its term for another 12 months. However, should you wish not to renew. You will be obligated to write to us to stop a renewal of your contract 30 days prior to your renewal date.

We shall not be bound to accept renewal of any plans and may at any time cancel any plan document by giving 14 days’ notice in writing where there is a valid reason for doing so. A cancellation letter will be sent to you at your last known address. Valid reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • Where we reasonably suspect fraud
  • Non-payment of agreement
  • Threatening and abusive behaviour
  • Non-compliance with plan terms and conditions
  • You have not taken reasonable care to provide complete and accurate answers to the questions we ask.

  

Where our investigations provide evidence of fraud or a serious non-disclosure, we may cancel the plan immediately and backdate the cancellation to the date of the fraud or the date when you provided us with incomplete or inaccurate information, which may result in your plan being cancelled from the date you originally took it out.

If we cancel the plan and/or any additional covers you will receive a refund of any monies you have paid for the cancelled cover, less a proportionate deduction for the time we have provided cover, unless the reason for cancellation is fraud.

Privacy Plan

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Our electronic, telecommunications and written information is fully compliant with EUGDPR (European Union General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Our electronic communications such as emails are fully end to end encrypted. If you have issues receiving communications from us, please contact us. If you decide to purchase one of our products or services, you agree to relevant information about you being held on our secure system for a period of time necessary for us to complete the goods or services description. Any personal information such as financial or medical will only be held on our system with your full consent. All information gathered will be destroyed when it becomes unessential, unless we are liable to keep such information for legal purposes. You have the right to object any information held by us, and request your information to be erased from our records unless legal obligations apply.

All contracts are strictly maintenance contracts and IS NOT an insurance policy. Home Angels (Domestic Repair Service) Ltd is therefore not regulated by the FCA.

Call us on XXXX XXX XXX and quote your agreement reference number and one of our Support Angels will deal with everything for you.

No, there is no call-out fee for boiler service, this is included in your Appliance Repair Package.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact one of our Support Angels as soon as possible to change the date or time.

You need to update your address on the agreement by calling us as soon as possible (within 30 days). The address listed on the agreement is the only location protected by your service or repair agreement.
