No, there is no call-out fee for boiler service, this is included in your Appliance Repair Package.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact one of our Support Angels as soon as possible to change the date or time.

You need to update your address on the agreement by calling us as soon as possible (within 30 days). The address listed on the agreement is the only location protected by your service or repair agreement.

You will have received your terms and conditions relating to your agreement along with the confirmation letter sent to you at the start of the agreement. The terms and conditions for your agreement can also be found on each the relevant plan’s page on our website.

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of the date you purchased the agreement or when you received the agreement documents, if this is later.
