How do I report a problem?

Call us on 0844 057 0232 and quote your agreement reference number and one of our Support Angels will deal with everything for you.

Is there a call out fee if I arrange a service for my boiler?

No, there is no call-out fee for boiler service, this is included in your Appliance Repair Package.

I need to change the time or date of my appointment, what do I do?

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact one of our Support Angels as soon as possible to change the date or time.

What happens if I move?

You need to update your address on the agreement by calling us as soon as possible (within 30 days). The address listed on the agreement is the only location protected by your service or repair agreement.
